Client records overview

A client record holds everything TakeNote keeps for one person: contact and personal details, meeting history, notes, tasks, documents, and completed provider forms.

The Clients directory

Open Clients from the main navigation to see every client you hold. Each row shows the client's name and summary information. Use Search clients to filter the list by name or email.

Select Add client to create a record. Selecting an existing client opens their record.

Opening a client record

The record opens on Overview. Its header shows the client's name, with Edit client for changing their details. Overview brings together contact details, personal details, and recent meetings.

TakeNote only displays profile sections that contain information. Bank account numbers are masked when they appear on the record.
