Review Letter

The Review Letter is a client-ready letter that summarises a meeting, records the advice given, and confirms the next steps agreed with the client. TakeNote drafts it from the meeting transcript so you have a first version to review rather than a blank page.

Generating the letter

Open a meeting and go to its Documents section. Each of the three documents has its own card; select Generate on the Review Letter card. Generation needs a transcript, so record or upload the meeting first. The letter streams in as it is written and opens in the document viewer when it is ready.

What it contains

The letter is addressed to the client and typically covers the objectives you discussed, a summary of the advice given, and the next steps you agreed. It is drawn from what was actually said in the meeting, so the content reflects that conversation rather than a fixed template.
