Client timeline

The meeting timeline keeps every recording assigned to a client in one chronological view. It gives you a direct route from the client record to the transcript and meeting outputs.

Where meetings appear

The latest meetings appear on Overview. Open Meetings to see the complete client timeline, ordered with the newest meeting first. Each entry shows the title, meeting date, duration, and transcript status.

The Meetings tab on a client record.

Opening a meeting

Select a meeting row to open its meeting record. From there you can review the audio and transcript, edit speaker names or transcript text, add meeting notes, and use the available copy, send, or export actions.

Changes made on the meeting record remain attached to that meeting and appear wherever the meeting is opened.

Adding a meeting

Use Record meeting to start a new recording or Upload recording to import an existing audio file. Assign the recording to the client when saving it so TakeNote places it in this timeline.

Reassigning a meeting

A meeting belongs to one client record at a time. If you change its client assignment, TakeNote removes it from the previous client's timeline and shows it under the newly selected client.
